By using this website or registering for any Rise 'n Shine Wellness Coaching program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and our services.

The Rise 'n Shine Coaching Circle and all content provided through our website, sessions, and materials are for educational purposes only.

Nothing shared is intended to be, and should not be used as, a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your health or beginning any new wellness practice.

The Coaching Circle operates as a monthly membership at $30 per month. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing until you cancel.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

The Coaching Circle is open exclusively to women who have completed the 4-week Circadian Starter Kit Workshop on Zoom. Registering confirms that you meet this requirement or are enrolling in the prerequisite workshop.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, session recordings, and downloadable materials — is the property of Rise 'n Shine Wellness Coaching and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share our materials without prior written permission. Materials provided to members are for personal use only.
